                                    We are looking for a Customer Support Technician for Household Appliances who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers in the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of household appliances. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of various types of household appliances, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems remotely or on-site.
Your main tasks will include receiving customer calls and emails, diagnosing device issues, advising on proper use and maintenance, and organizing service or repair when necessary. You will also collaborate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and service to ensure comprehensive customer support.
In addition to technical knowledge, we expect empathy and patience when working with customers, as you will often be the first point of contact for users facing issues. It is important that you can clearly and understandably explain technical information and offer effective solutions.
The position requires basic computer literacy, as you will use various software tools to log cases, search for information, and communicate with customers. Knowledge of English is also desirable, as you may work with international suppliers or manufacturers.
